iDevices Tecnologia operates in the battery formation and testing equipment market since 2007, becoming a Brazilian reference in this segment. The over 3,200 charging circuits produced by iDevices, in operation in Brazil and abroad, represent approximately 18 million batteries produced per year.

IDFBC Formation Equipment

The iDFBC formation equipment is designed for charging automotive, motorcycle, and heavy-duty batteries of various capacities. They are available in different current and voltage levels, adapting to the needs of each battery.

The control of all formation process steps is digitally done through the iDFBC-View control software, which is operational in various battery manufacturers with proven robustness, reliability, and operability. It allows remote access for failure analysis and software upgrades.

IDCLT Testing Equipment

The iDCLT cyclic testing equipment is designed to perform tests on lithium batteries in general, electric vehicles, traction/stationary batteries, supercapacitors, as well as traditional batteries (monoblocs or individual cells). Designed for quick switching and high-speed data acquisition, the iDCLT circuits are the ideal solution for conducting vehicle driving simulations.

They can also be used in production line tests to identify assembly and weld problems, bad formation of plates, and others.

With the iDCLT and iDCLT-HR equipment, it is possible to perform electrical tests required by major national and international standards, as well as standardized tests by automakers such as Peugeot/Citroën and Volkswagen, including: NBR 15940/2019, NBR 15941/2019, NBR 14199/2017, NBR 14205/2018, EN 50342-1:2019, IEC 60095-1:2019, SAE J2185:2018, SAE J2801:2018, among others:

  • Durability tests
  • Capacity tests
  • Charge acceptance
  • Water loss
  • Reserve capacity (RC)
  • CCA test
  • End-of-line testing (High discharge)
