The company was founded in 1981 as a mechanical workshop for third party lathing, milling, assembly work and industrial maintenance work.

From the beginning, maintenance work on industrial plants has been carried out at battery manufacturing companies. In 1983, alongside its business, starts the production of small excavators.

Today the company is able to design and build machinery for the production of starting batteries, machinery for tube working and to study special solutions according to the customer’s specifications.

The company has supplied plants in Europe, the United States and Asia, and has forty years of experience in the sector.
